Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pminstrumentation.co.za with a picture/video of the damaged product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong product
- If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail at info@pminstrumentation.co.za with photos of the wrong product.
Sale Price Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pminstrumentation.co.za and send your item to: PM Instrumentation, 44 Henrietta Road, Norwood, Johannesburg, 2192.
- Change of mind – Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
